Robo Call — 02.04.2026

Hi Everyone this is Carol Hudak with the Weekly Wednesday Update. A copy of this message will be posted on the website and via Engage emails for your convenience.

The Board encourages all Homeowners and Residents to wear, or carry their Access Cards, at all times when going to the Clubhouse. If you already have your Access Cards, you must use them at all times to ensure access in the buildings. Both Buildings will be locked after 2:00 PM every day unless there is a special event which includes attendees other than Homeowners, Residents, and Tenants for which we will schedule special door-locking/unlocking schedules to accommodate event times. Bingo will always have accommodations for non-HH Homeowners, Residents, and Tenants.

If you have not scheduled your Photo ID, please do so now, before the Spring if possible. There are no lines and wait times.

ID Photos are in the MP Room on Tuesdays from 10 am - Noon & Thursdays from Noon - 2 PM, by appointment only, call ex. 221.

Please read your Courier and review the Snow Policy especially relating to the 3' ft in front of garage doors to be the responsibility of the homeowner. In addition, we have recently been notified by BT they are no longer responsible for clearing in front of our mail boxes or damages to them. We are also not responsible, nor have we ever been for mailboxes. Our contract does not include salting of your driveways or sidewalks.

We advise all HH homeowners to continue being patient, although it may be difficult in the event of another storm. Please note going forward, call only one (1) extension to register your complaints (ex 213). You are only confusing and complicating the process by calling multiple extensions and the Business Office (especially in the evenings and weekends). You are not expediting your issue, you are delaying it. All calls to extensions other than x213 will need to be coordinated by several people and delay your response. Remember, Board members and office personnel may not be able to get to the office to answer calls.

In closing, the FAA has asked me to remind everyone that tickets for the FAA Gift Auction are on sale now and every Thursday through March 15th. Admission is $35 (no refunds); checks only please. Please check the website, flyers, or Courier for more details and remember no one under 18 is permitted. This is the FAA's largest and most popular Fund Raiser. This event supports the FAS. Tickets go fast!

Please be cautious on roads, sidewalks, and parking lots as the frigid weather continues with some melting and then refreezing.

Thank you, and have a good night.
