Please note, the HH Office will be open from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm this Friday without closing from Noon - 1:00 pm in observance of Good Friday.
Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 9th at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium for the April Open Board Meeting. Please arrive on time for the meeting to begin promptly. The Board will present current options concerning the 2026 Pool Season and listen to final remarks from the membership before casting your vote. Please be informed. You must be present to vote. Votes will be counted and the tally announced before you leave.
Also note, Photo IDs will begin on Thursday, May 7th before the General HOA Meeting for working members. Appointments must be made using ex. 221 requesting the time. Your request is not guaranteed until an Office Staff calls you back. Time slots are limited beginning at 5:30 pm with the last photo taken at 6:45 pm before the meeting begins. You must arrive for your time slot or lose the appointment completely to keep others on schedule.
We will offer this opportunity as a convenience for our working members prior to our monthly evening meetings.
It has been brought to our attention that many homeowners have "donated" their unwanted books without contacting one of our librarians. Please read the directions on Pg. 22 of the April Courier. DO NOT just drop them off in the Bldg. #1 entry.
Also, the Toms River Lions Club bucket receptacle inside Bldg. #1 entry doors has been filled beyond capacity and you are just leaving bags of glasses on top of the bucket and on the floor! The Lions Club has not picked up from our location in many months. We have asked them to come to HH and retrieve the donations as well as the bucket. The HH drop off will no longer be available.
Also, please do not drop off your greeting cards, calendars, pocket planners, etc. on the Bldg. #2 Lobby tables. Please use the container in Bldg. #1 for them to be sent to our service men & women. A veteran volunteer retrieves them monthly to be sent to our troops along with other needed items.
The HH Women's Club announces the meeting scheduled for this Saturday, April 4th is cancelled.
Please also note, beginning April 1st, Thursday Ticket Sales will be from 10 am - 11 am.
And tomorrow is Ticket Sales in the Auditorium at 10 am. Please check the website, flyers, and Courier for Events & details.
