Robo Call — 04.08.2026

Hi Everyone this is Carol Hudak with the Weekly Wednesday Update. A copy of this message will be posted on the website and via Engage emails for your convenience.

Both the Neighborhood Watch and Ballroom Dancing for tonight has been cancelled.

The April Open Board Meeting is tomorrow, Thursday, April 9th at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium. Please arrive on time for the meeting to begin promptly.

Please listen carefully to the following guidelines:

Voting will be for Yes or No only for Pool Attendants. Every Living Unit is apportioned one (1) full vote. If the Living Unit is owned by two (2) or more persons, each owner shall be entitled to a fractional share of one (1) full vote. No proxy votes qualify. You must be present to vote. Residents/Tenants who are not owners, are not entitled to vote.

1. The Board will present current options concerning the 2026 Pool Season and will briefly listen to final remarks from the membership before casting your vote.

2. If you have a comment to share or statement to make, it will be helpful to write it down beforehand as there will be a 2-minute timeframe for each member.

3. Votes will be counted and the tally announced before you leave. It is recommended for each member to wear or bring their ID Access Card with them which indicates your HO, Resident, or Tenant status should you be unsure but may attend the meeting.

Photo IDs will begin on Thursday, May 7th before the General HOA Meeting for working members only. Appointments must be made using ex. 221 requesting the time. Your request is not guaranteed until an Office Staff calls you back. Time slots are limited beginning at 5:30 pm with the last photo taken at 6:30 pm before the meeting begins. You must arrive for your time slot or lose the appointment completely to keep others on schedule.

We will offer this opportunity as a convenience for our working members prior to our monthly evening meetings going forward.

The Robo Can concealment compliance deadline has been extended to 4/30. All Robo cans must be concealed from being seen from the street except when temporarily placed for pickup. No cans are ever permitted on front porches, in front of garages, or driveways. Thank you to those who have already made appropriate compliance efforts and help keep HH beautiful.

Attention Pet Owners Reminder! Failure to pick up after your pets is both a HH and Berkeley Twp. fineable offense. Please be respectful of other owners and be aware that remaining dog feces carry bacteria harmful to both pets and humans. Refer to Pg. 5 of the April Courier.

Also, Spring is officially here and I am in search of a few flower lovers to volunteer to fill up our planters in the breezeway and on the Pool fence before the start of the Pool Season. In addition, a regular watering schedule can be shared throughout the Summer. Please call me at ex. 219 and help make HH beautiful again throughout the Spring & Summer.

And tomorrow is Ticket Sales in the Auditorium from 10 - 11 am. Please check the website, flyers, and Courier for Events & details.
