The Board reminds everyone to mark their calendars for next Thursday, July 9th at 7 pm in the Auditorium for our July General HOA meeting and although we still do not have a Hospitality Team, there will be refreshments.
The Board is still reaching out again for Hospitality volunteers to serve refreshments for our General HOA Meetings 7 times per year and a few other Board sponsored occasions throughout the year. Our next General HOA meeting is in September. This is not exclusive to women.
Please mark your calendars and check out the flyers with information about the Board sponsored 250th USA Independence Celebration on July 11th at the Pool. The 250th Committee would like to remind everyone every Member must present their ID Access Card to receive a wristband to enter and qualify for the sandwiches, water, & chips, absolutely no guests allowed, and to bring a chair.
The Board is thrilled to announce that Robin De Noia has stepped out of the crowd and volunteered for the Recreation Chairperson vacancy. We thank Robin for taking this position and wish her the very best good wishes.
Also, we are hoping a volunteer would be interested to step out of the community and share their talents as guitar players or keyboardists with the members at the pool on either a Friday or Saturday evening from 6 pm -8 pm in a very casual, relaxing, social setting, please call me at ex. 219.
The Code Committee reminds all HH Homeowners of the Revised Amendment Changes to the Rules & Regulations Article IV, Restrictions and Enforcement -Section 1, #11 as posted in the December 2025 Courier relating to Robo Cans. The deadline for compliance was May 30th and is now past. If you are not in compliance and a complaint is received against you, you will be fined accordingly. Remember, compliance as per the recommendations does not require a HH Code Committee permit.
The Board also announces that the Stout Bus Service will not be available this Friday, July 3rd in Observance of July 4th.
