Please listen carefully to the following announcements:
The Board reminds everyone that the October Open Board Meeting is tomorrow night, Thursday, October 8th at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium. Please join us. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU.
The Board also announces the Office Reception Window will no longer close from Noon - 1:00 pm to be easily accessible to our Members.
The Photo ID Card photo schedule will be on Wednesdays from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm going forward by Appointment. The schedule for Working Members Only will continue prior to our monthly HOA and/or Open Board Meetings by Appointment. Please check Pg. 8 of the October Courier for details.
Beginning immediately, the Code Committee announces they will meet with Homeowners on the third Saturday of the month in the MPR from 9:30 am - 11:00 am by appointment only with at least 1-week advance notice. Please call ex. 220 to request a time. Leave your name, address, and phone number for a call back from The Code Committee to confirm your appointment.
Also, mark your calendars for the season return of the Neighborhood Watch Program next Wednesday, October 14th at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium. Carlos Santiago will be bringing many new topics of interest to help keep us informed and safe. Please join us next Wednesday.
And, Carol Bianco is happy to report that the Board has confirmed the acceptance of Joanne Grzywinski and Lucy Perez as co-chairs of the Recreation Committee. We are still asking for any volunteers with ideas for new events and an interest to organize and promote a new event to please call Carol @ ex. 215.
We are also in search of volunteers to revive the HH Women's Club. Please contact Carol Bianco @ ex. 215.
And, Patti Norcia announces that the Recreation Committee is selling tickets tomorrow to the Donovan Catholic production of Bye Bye Birdie on Friday, November 20th - $15 plus an additional $3.00 if you take the bus from our parking lot.
And, Tomorrow is Ticket Sales in the A&C Room - 10 - 11 am. Please check the website, flyers, and Courier for all upcoming events & details. The October Courier is out and has many events posted and several already scheduled for October.
Please remember to drop off a canned or non-perishable product to the Food Collection Container in front of Bldg. #2 or, perhaps bring one item to the Open Board Meeting tomorrow night.
Also, Remember Bingo in HH on Sunday nights. New games, a big prize Jackpot, great refreshments and fun and friends. Please remember all that Bingo does to support Holiday Heights. So, why go anywhere else!
